Meet Our Staff

Dr. Kimberly Ford, DDS

Dr. Ford is an active tennis player and plays on teams in Howard, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties. She cares for cats and kittens through the Maryland SPCA foster program, and currently has two cats of her own. 

After graduating at the top of her class at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Ford moved to Maryland in 1998. She brings her caring nature and happy self to work every day, and is certified to treat Invisalign and Sedation Dentistry patients.

Dr. Steven H. Becker, DDS

Steven H. Becker, DDS, enjoys yoga, racquetball, and snow skiing. Any one that knows him will tell you he is an avid Orioles and Ravens fan. 

After graduating from the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Becker opened his own dental practice in the early 1980s.

He has since become a member of the American Dental Association, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Maryland Dental Implant Study Club. He is also a graduate of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.

Meet Our Staff

Laurie is from Baltimore and has worked in the Dental field on and off for the past 20 years. She enjoys camping with her family and dog Roscoe. She is also a newly proud grandmother who loves spending time with her grandson. When she's not smiling at you from behind our front desk, you can find Laurie at one of her favorite spots in town: Bare Bones Bar & Grill!

Audrey is from Baltimore, Maryland, and enjoys both working with her teammates and spending time with them outside of the office. She plays competitive volley ball, and loves spending time with her nephews outside of work.

Scheduling Coordinator
Yocelyn is from Maryland and joined the dental field because she finds it interesting and enjoys caring for people. Her parents are from Guatemala, and she speaks Spanish in addition to English. If you ask her professional opinion, she recommends Crest Scope toothpaste!

Alicia is a California native and enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, seeing movies and plays in theaters, and rocking out to live music. She loves her dental team and finds satisfaction in knowing she's a part of making patients' smiles brighter.

Alicia Meffert

Hygienist
Kalpana is a native of Nepal. She began her career in the dental world after taking her children to the dentist having a really positive experience. When she's not watching Bollywood movies, or planning trips to her favorite vacation spot, Bardia National Park, Nepal, she is coming up with new names for dental tools, such as renaming the bite block a "tooth pillow". We like that name much better.
