Meet Our Staff
Dr. Kimberly Ford, DDS
Dr. Ford is an active tennis player and plays on teams in Howard, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties. She cares for cats and kittens through the Maryland SPCA foster program, and currently has two cats of her own.
After graduating at the top of her class at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Ford moved to Maryland in 1998. She brings her caring nature and happy self to work every day, and is certified to treat Invisalign and Sedation Dentistry patients.

Dr. Steven H. Becker, DDS
Steven H. Becker, DDS, enjoys yoga, racquetball, and snow skiing. Any one that knows him will tell you he is an avid Orioles and Ravens fan.
After graduating from the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Becker opened his own dental practice in the early 1980s.
He has since become a member of the American Dental Association, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Maryland Dental Implant Study Club. He is also a graduate of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
Dr. Roberta Dosh, DDS
Dr. Dosh holds a biology degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Dental School at Baltimore. Upon her graduation from Dental School, Dr. Dosh received the exclusive Timothy O. Heatwole chair award for her demonstrations of kindness, ethics and humanitarianism. She then completed her dental hospital residency program at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Baltimore, where she treated patients with some of the most complex medical histories.
In addition to being a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and the Maryland Implant Study Club, Dr. Dosh has been recognized by Washington Consumers Checkbook magazine as one of the Washington Area’s Top Dentists.
Throughout her life, she has enjoyed the company of many felines companions. Dr. Dosh’s hobbies are variable, but she has been known to walk, lift weights, golf, take piano and ballroom dancing lessons, and try her hand at any DIY home project.
