Here at Ellicott Mills Dental, we work with a wide variety of dental insurance providers. We understand the monthly costs to our patients for their insurance premiums as well as copays, and we will do everything we can to maximize your benefits and help you take full advantage of your plan.
It is best to give our office a call to make sure that your plan is covered. Each plan is different, and we need to verify that your group and plan are covered.
Payment options for our patients include:

We Care Club
(Our in-house program for those without insurances)
$350 yearly for existing patients; $450 initially for new patients then $350 yearly.
This payment covers the patient for two exams, two basic cleanings and one set of digital images per period. (Scaling and debridement are not basic cleanings and would fall under the 10% treatment discount) For patients who come 3 times per year, the extra cleaning would be self-pay, discounted at 10%.
In addition to preventive and routine hygiene services, any patient enrolled in the We Care Club will receive a 10% discount on any treatment service or sales product at the office. For Example: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, Implants, Toothpaste, Brush Heads, etc.)
Office Payment Terms
Please note that as of July 1, 2025, there will be a 2.75% service charge for all card transactions that are not HSA or FSA. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) This service fee does not apply to check or cash payments. We do not keep large sums of cash on hand so if you’re using cash, please try to be as exact as possible.
